Who We Are

The International Business Student Association and Rotaract Club is a Student-Run Organization at the University of Wisconsin welcoming all undergraduate and graduate students at UW regardless of major. We encourage foreign exchange students to actively participate in our activities.

OUR MISSION

To provide a venue for students of all nationalities and backgrounds to build friendships, exchange ideas, and promote personal development through international awareness and humanitarian service projects. We aim to behave ethically, selflessly, and responsibly as students, professionals, and members of a united world community.

1. MEMBERSHIP
To unite students interested in international careers, no matter what their major.

2. INTERNAL
To provide Professional and Leadership Development to our members with information on job and study abroad opportunities, cultural presentations, lectures on business and professional ethics, and distinguished speakers.

3. EXTERNAL
To Promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service and engage in a global effort to bring peace and international understanding to the world. We promote “Service Above Self” to help improve the quality of life at home and abroad through annual community service and international service projects.
